The Pee Dee Electric Auditorium is a multimedia presentation theater that can accommodate 800 people.

A private boardroom with an adjacent dining room. Each space can comfortably accommodate 20 people. 

The Conference Center is an adaptable space that can be configured as 1 large (12,000 square feet) room, or any combination of its 4 smaller sections. 

The SiMT has 7 classrooms available to rent, with 3 unique layouts to suit a variety of meetings and functions. 

The Lobby of the SiMT can also serve as an additional event space.
